This Privacy Policy explains how MylerGo ("MylerGo", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website mylergo.com, our Telegram bots (including @tomylerbot) and our Threads account @mylergogo, including our Threads API integration (app "MylerGo_app_web_bot").
MylerGo is a transfer service between Yerevan and the Myler ski resort, Armenia. Contact: go@mylergo.com
1. What data we collect
a) When you book a transfer (website or Telegram bot):
- name, phone number, email address;
- pickup address, trip date, number of passengers, ski or snowboard equipment;
- Telegram user ID, username and language settings;
- booking history and booking status.
b) When you subscribe to our information bot:
- Telegram user ID, username, language, chosen plan and subscription period;
- payment records (payment ID, amount, date). Payments are processed by Telegram; we do not receive or store your card details.
c) When you use our website:
- technical data collected by cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location by IP address, advertising campaign data.
d) Threads (Meta) data:
- We use the Threads API only for our own Threads account @mylergogo: to publish our posts, read statistics of our posts (views, likes, replies, reposts), see posts in which @mylergogo is mentioned, and search public Threads posts for keywords related to the Myler ski resort (for example "Myler", "Майлер").
- From public posts found this way we store: post ID, public username of the author, post text, post link, publication time.
- We do not access private data, private messages, followers lists or passwords of other Threads users. We do not publish content on behalf of other users.
2. How we use data
- to confirm, carry out and support your transfer bookings (confirmation messages, calendar entries, reminders);
- to provide the paid information service (weather and road status updates for Myler);
- to answer your questions and improve our service;
- to measure the effectiveness of our website and advertising;
- to understand what people publicly say about Myler and to answer questions about getting to the resort. Any reply to a public Threads post is written manually by our team; we do not send automated messages to other users.
We do not sell personal data and do not use Threads data for advertising targeting or to build profiles of individual users.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform a service you requested (booking, subscription), on the basis of your consent (marketing messages, cookies), and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our service.
4. Who processes the data
Data is stored and processed with the following service providers: Google (Google Cloud hosting, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Analytics), Telegram (bots and payments), Meta Platforms (Threads, Meta Pixel), Yandex (Yandex Metrica), OpenAI (processing of booking messages in our Telegram bot), Tilda (website). These providers act under their own privacy terms and may process data outside Armenia.
5. How long we keep data
- booking and subscription data: up to 3 years after your last trip or payment (for accounting and service history);
- Threads posts found by keyword search or mentions: up to 12 months, then deleted;
- analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics providers (up to 14 months).
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time. You can stop our Telegram bots at any time by blocking them.
7. Data deletion
To delete your data, send a request to go@mylergo.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include your Telegram username, phone number or Threads username. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
If you want to remove MylerGo's access to your Threads account, open Threads → Settings → Account → Website permissions and remove "MylerGo_app_web_bot". Data we stored about your public Threads posts will be deleted on request as described above.
8. Security
Data is stored in access-restricted Google accounts and on a protected server. Access tokens are stored encrypted in our automation system and are never published.
9. Children
Our services are not intended for children under 16 without parental consent.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at https://mylergo.com/eng/policy
